These chefs are GF magicians! The generous portions of onion rings and fish & chips are crispy and delightful. (Oh how I've missed them since I quit wheat!) The blueberry pancakes are thick fluffy and delicious. Bacon is quality, thick and delightful. The cupcakes are scrumptious works of art. Even my gluten-loving family thinks their food is fabulous!

TL;DR Superb coffee and well down vegan cookies, cupcakes. I ordered a breakfast cookie, made from granola, coconut and lots of other tasty things. I realized the cookie needed coffee accompaniment and ordered a double espresso. Wow. They pulled a great shot. Probably one of the best I have had in Toronto. Cupcakes are very pretty. See the photos. But they're not my thing and I didn't order them so can't comment on them.

Always love my trips here. The foods are to die for. The absolute best gluten free bagels available! I have shared around with my family and they all agree! The service is always friendly and I really appreciate the online bulk ordering option. I can't wait to dine in again!

I have to say that with regards to being to asked to wait outside for your order to be ready during covid.. That if you're waiting for a sandwich which seems to take 10 to 12 minutes I too have been asked if I could wait outside especially when covid numbers are high... Whereas if you're waiting for a coffee to be prepared they seem to be ok with you waiting indoors for it unless there is a big lineup because it's quick. I want to add when I was asked to wait outside in the freezing cold, so was everybody else in the store, even the guy waiting for just a coffee. I also had a visit on a terrible winter day and I was the only customer and still asked to wait outside. It took me by surprise at first but then I realized it's because of covid. (Note that I have zero issue with this policy.) I don't believe for one minute that this establishment is anti black. The people working here are always decent and though they may at times be stressed or under pressure or even inconsistent, I do not feel anyone has ever been malicious. Different staff vary in whether you get asked to stay or wait outside is my experience. So while someone could react that this is personal, I don't believe for one moment it is.

Super tiny cafe, you are lucky if you could ever find a seat. The caffeinated drinks are good. Ps. I’ve been to this lovely cafe several times, but obviously not during the lockdown. My review is based on my past experience to be clear.
